Part 1: Understanding the Colorado State Budget
Wed., April 2 | 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. | Virtual

Colorado Fiscal Institute and Common Sense Institute will guide our understanding of the state budget - how the budget has developed over time, where the state's money comes from, and how it’s allocated. This session will provide a comprehensive breakdown of the big picture and insights on how state funding impacts key issue areas.

Part 2: Understanding the State Budget Process
Tues., May 6 | 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. | Virtual
Our partners will next help us navigate the legislative and executive budget processes in Colorado. Learn the who, what, and when of budget creation, debate, and approval—and uncover opportunities for advocacy along the way.

Tues, June 3 | 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. | In person, Denver
