The Pew Research Center has released a report on The Growing Diversity of Black America. As we focus efforts on racial equity, it is critical to remember that Communities of Color are themselves very diverse, with nuanced backgrounds and ethnic and racial identities.This means there are a range of demographic and economic characteristics within the Black population that can inform racial equity work.
