James McDonough, PHR, Human Resource Research Consultant
Prior to joining Employers Council in 2012, James’ career included working in the public sector with workforce development and higher education, and in the private sector in HR and business management.
As an HR Research Consultant with Employers Council, James develops content to inform and educate employers, including articles for members and in external publications such as CoBizMag.com and the Colorado Real Estate Journal. He leverages his experience and research to consult with employers on their organizational practices. James enjoys presenting and training on topics such as HR practices, organizational effectiveness, and management.
